The 50 & Up Club is a social group open to men and women of St. Daniel Catholic Community who are 50 years old or better. Residents of Sunrise Assisted Living and neighboring assisted living facilities are also encouraged to attend. Guests are always welcome!
The members meet every Thursday
morning (except holidays, Holy Days, Thanksgiving, and between Christmas and
New Year) in the St. Daniel Chapel for Rosary at 10:30 a.m., followed by Mass at
11:00 a.m.
The group continues fellowship in the Cushing Center following Mass. Many times, there is a potluck lunch, a homemade hot lunch, birthday dinners, picnics, and hosted lunches with guest speakers. The group enjoys visiting museums, viewing movies, taking boat rides and cruises, attending theater productions, and attending the Oakland County Brown Bag Luncheon Series.
