Cook and servc lunch for the hungry residents of Grace Centers of Hope on Saturday, March 26, 2011. We will leave St. Dan's at 10:30 a.m. and return approximately by 2:00 p.m. No cost! But please bring a non-perishable donation! RSVP with your signed permission slip no later that March 21, 2011. Space is limited to the first 15 people turning in their forms!

Learn the Beatitudes while on the mount - in this case the mount will be four-legged and we learn to apply the lessons of the Beatitudes while taking a weekend retreat on horseback, May 20-22. Don’t ride? Don’t worry, this very Christ centered youth retreat organization takes those who have never been on a horse to those who ride often. Your horse for the weekend will teach you patience, kindness, sharing, mercy, perseverance and the joy of a good ride on both trails and horsemanship arenas. This place is close to God and is open to all 6, 7, 8 & 9th graders. Since it is a retreat, those preparing for Confirmation will find themselves closer to God while enjoying God’s world. Parents are welcome to ride and take part in the retreat. More details later. Fee is $133 for riders, includes bunkhouse lodging, snacks, four meals and horse! Call 248-625-1750 for details.
