Infants and children six years and under:

1. Parents must be registered and active as parishioners at St. Daniel for a period of at least four months prior to Baptism. If you are new to St. Daniel and need to register, please visit the "Join Our Parish" page, or stop in the Parish Office during business hours to pick up a registration form.  Families living away from St. Daniel should be registered at the parish where they reside; a letter of permission from their pastor will be required.
2. Parents may pick up a baptism registration packet from the main parish office during regular business hours.

• First-time Baptism families must complete an online Baptism preparation class.
• Please prayerfully and thoughtfully choose godparents who will support your child in their faith. At least one godparent must be a baptized and confirmed practicing Catholic, 16 years of age or older. All godparents must be baptized, even if they are of a non-Catholic faith.
